The candidate needs to be able to work in an ambiguous environment, while managing projects and diving deep into operations. It also requires an aptitude to adapt to scope changes, to propose solutions, and to be able to drive processes across Amazon's expanding network and linking into local/regional and global initiatives.Key job responsibilitiesThe Program Manager will need to Think Big and Invent & Simplify to build mechanisms to scale the team's resources.
