**Responsibilities**:
**Enterprise Solutions Technical Lead**
**Main purpose**
PepsiCo R&D is seeking to digitally transform to a virtual first organization. The Perfect Package program is a multi
- year initiative to enable packaging R&D to have end to end management of it's projects and data including 3D models, simulations, test results, etc in one solution (3DEXPERIENCE).
The Enterprise Solutions Technical Lead role will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform to meet the R&D needs leveraging Agile methodology.
**Accountabilities**
- Drive continuous improvement and support on the 3DExperience Platform for Packaging R&D
- Partner with platform vendor to plan and deliver comprehensive technical support for the project, understanding and predicting the needs of project execution
- Ensure end to end delivery of interfaces leveraging enterprise patterns and ensure the overall architecture is optimized as a system
- Ensure system readiness ahead of Integration Sprints
- Coordinate sub technical team on dependencies and drive cross-functional issues to resolution
- Provide guidance and expertise to the development teams on design and development and architecture decisions
- Provide Technical Cut-over, Go-Live and Hypercare support
- Own Technical Delivery Plans, by coordinating and managing the technical delivery execution, including coordination across the value delivery workstream and existing teams
- Liaise between technical team and the rest of the value delivery team to ensure alignment, coordination and escalation when needed
Qualifications:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 12 years of experience in solution delivery, architecture, and/or support disciplines including major software delivery projects.
- 5+ years of service management experience working with large integration providers
**Tech skills**
- Cross Functional Knowledge in Application Development, System Configuration, System Administration, Infrastructure and Azure IaaS solutions
- Should Be Familiar with Agile/SAFe software development practices and Azure DevoPs
- Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE configuration experience is nice to have
- Modeling and Simulation background is nice to have
**Non tech skills**- Strong coordination and customer engagement skills- Experience in release management activities and best practices- Ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
