This role aims to equip you with the skills necessary for effective digital marketing analysis and campaign optimization.Career Path: If a Data Analyst clearly demonstrates this proficiency, and proficiency in verbal communication, the Specialist can be promoted to become a Digital Media Strategist: this is a client-facing role that works towards becoming an Account Manager.Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Building and optimizing digital advertisements and/or campaigns across major platforms using client creative assets and adhering to specific tracking codes and naming conventions.Creating detailed reports on customer and marketing data, performing quantitative analysis to derive actionable insights.Managing campaign creative and implementing best practices and proprietary technology.Collaborating with various teams for campaign management, optimization, and reporting.Conducting A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.Assisting in the planning and execution of campaign calendars.Contributing to end-to-end project development, including testing, quality assurance, and deployment monitoring.RequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.Proficiency in Excel and strong math/data analysis skills.Full professional proficiency in English, written and strong verbal communication skills.Ability to translate data into actionable insights through storytelling.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Prior internship experience in marketing or related fields.Interest in agency work and willingness to learn from experienced team members
