**Who we need**
Reporting to the Manager, Quality and Continuous Improvement, we are looking for a **Data Analyst - Manufacturing**. You will play a key role in maintaining our data integrity, performing data analytics, and leveraging insights and visualizations to optimize the efficiency of systems that are already in place. You will build collaborative relationships and a deep understanding of processes to ensure that all documentation is accurate and accessible.

**What you will do**:
- _ Develop process documentation related to manufacturing, ERP, and other operations._ You will elicit business needs and translate them into process requirements to guide the work of the manufacturing and quality teams. You will design and develop documentation and visual aids, including diagrams, graphics, and flow charts to support process Flow, SIPOC (Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs & Customers) Diagram, work instructions, procedures, etc.
- _ Analyze and report._ You will ensure data is easily accessible, accurate, and consistent while maintaining integrity. You will leverage data visualization tools to represent the data in a business-friendly manner. You will use PowerBI and databases to collect, analyze and transform internal and external data and generate actionable insights, recommendations, and reports for management.
- _ Own process documentation. _You will manage the centralized QA documentation, check format and conformance to document templates, and notify senior levels of compliance questions, gaps, and issues.
- _ Optimize data._ You will identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics to effect better business outcomes. You will support data stewardship and data governance activities and initiatives as needed.
- _ Support operations._ You will assist operations management with data analytics and prepare reports, templates, KPI measurements and visualizations. You will create data-driven documents demonstrating the growth, performance, or benefit of various groups' support of our business strategy approach and productivity.
**You have**:
- _ The project coordination skills._ You can work collaboratively and with limited supervision to complete deliverables. You can manage competing deadlines, set and adapt timelines, solve practical problems and deal with complex variables in situations under pressure.
- _ The technical skills. _You are highly proficient with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI and working with spreadsheet software such as Excel and Smart Sheets. You can quickly learn new software.
- _ The interpersonal skills._ You have professional communication skills in English and Spanish and you excel at building collaborative, trusting relationships. You can articulate plans and changes to customers and colleagues and write reports and correspondence. You can build trusting relationships across all levels of stakeholders.
