The role holder will manage, monitor and execute the delivery of industry leading data that will underpin our client offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise between product owners and developers on product requestsCreate collection specification requirements unique to each data set, allowing the development team to create automated collection scriptsCollaborate with product owners to understand the most important data to collect, and identify their priorityFollow existing processes to manage each collection request from start to finishExecute data management tasks on collected data setsMaintaining the existing data streams and minimizing downtime due to source changesResearch data sources for announced publication changesIdentify and respond to issues in data sources, such as new URLs, new or missing data, or changes to publication terms & conditionsCreate and maintain mappings between original source and internal systemsPerform analysis and quality control on data sets, including cleansing and backfill operationsResearch and stay updated on power grid infrastructure changesCreate and maintain documentation for all data collectionsRespond to queries and concerns from external clients, providing basic customer supportQualificationsYou will be a self-starter, energised by a challenge, passionate about maintaining a high standard of quality to support an equally high-quality product.
