**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Position Summary**:
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Administrator on all personnel matters. and assists with payroll processing.
**Essential Functions**:
- Responsible for clerical & administrative duties related to Human Resources.
- Support plant 1 for attending voluntary resignations.
- Support all employee events activities.
- Support communication activities including the board update.
- Maintain employee files for All plants.
- Scan FTE documents periodically and upload them on E-file.
- Legal Compliance - HR policies
- Support employee services in P1
- Support Executive Assistant when absent.
- Provide ID batches to suppliers, visitors & replace lost or damaged ID badges. (P1, P2, P4 & ADC)
- Create Employment Letters
- Create SRMs
- Bank cards Replacement
- Updated the "Real Reason of resignation" Report.
- Keep HR information boards up to date & clean.
- Control inventory stock of HR forms in assigned Plant.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Support change management.
- Support PSA activities and procedures with team members.
- The employee has the authority to stop the production line, when he/she notices that the product has a quality problem or defect.
- All other activities as assigned related with this function.

**Knowledge**:
- Microsoft Office
- EC/SAP
**Experience**:
- Experience 2 or 3 years in Human Resources
- Knowledge in Federal Labor Law
**Skills**:
- Bilingual English-Spanish
- Ability to prioritize activities.

**Education/Certifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
