Drive team efficiency and impact by automating our reporting processes.Your ImpactAs a Data & Insights Analyst, you will:Proactively diagnose and resolve data integrity issues, providing QA support across our internal and external media tracking tools.Identify, test, and implement process enhancements to improve data quality, while developing robust data controls.Analyze large and complex custom and syndicated data sets to pinpoint issues and deliver actionable insights.Collaborate in weekly QA calls to design and execute streamlined solutions.Lead the development of automated post-campaign analytic reports.Partner with cross-functional teams to address ad-hoc reporting needs.Spearhead analytics projects focused on improving measurement, tracking, and planning to elevate data quality and usability across our partnerships.Utilize real-time digital media campaign tracking tools to monitor brand performance, diagnose business challenges, and identify key information requirements.Ensure data accuracy by validating it across multiple sources and confirming the alignment of ROIe (MMM) model results.Deepen your understanding of iconic PepsiCo brand campaigns like Gatorade, Pepsi, and Mtn Dew, ensuring accurate media data association.Build expertise in Circana and syndicated data to uncover the relationship between business trends and underlying drivers.Qualifications¿Who Are We Looking For?Data visualization experience.Experience working with PowerBi.Advanced Excel skills.Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).Experience with project management.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us:Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs
