Mechanical Development of Hydraulic Brake System products via recognition, implementation and confirmation of performance requirements, management of CAD data and drawings in order to achieve and satisfy the customer's demands
- Develop components and assemblies, Create drawings according to 3D model and specifications based on continental standards
- Utilize tolerance calculations, force calculations, and design tools for design validate calculations to attend technical issues
- Execute meetings for planning activities and execution for assigned projects.
- Develop new suppliers according with Conti requeriments
- Analyze for update and maintenance DFMEA's
- Cost reduction proposals evaluation and feasability
- Provide technical analysis and solve technical topics
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Preferred)
- At least 1 year working on Implementation projects (automotive) and working with multidisciplinary teams.
- CAD drawing and modeling, software CATIA.
*Interpretation of tolerances and GD&T.
- Core tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, FMEA.
CP, SPC, MSA)
- Fluent English language capabilities to comunicate with technical terms, >50% of daily work with other locations.
- Demonstrated experience in administration of a project in multiple phases
**Professional experience**:
- 2 years as design engineer or related activities on automotive industry
