We are seeking a bilingual Desktop Support Technician with at least 3 years of experience to maintain our computer-related infrastructure and assist individuals experiencing IT difficulties. This is an exciting opportunity for those who want to work for a stable, well-established company, building transformative technologies within the revolutionary domain of IoT.**Responsabilidades**:- Advise staff on appropriate procedures for directing their IT-related queries and recommendations.- Receive and document requests for support.- Decide on the most suitable ways of providing aid.- Deliver IT and related assistance upon request, or as you deem suitable.- Configure new desktops, routers, modems, and similar devices.- Perform routine inspections and upkeep of existing installations.- Update computer operating systems and other important software, as needed.- Substantiate requests for hardware and software purchases and upgrades, if appropriate.- Provide suggestions on appropriate training for staff.- Provide expert desktop management including imaging, software installation, updates, maintenance, and performance monitoring High-level IT support, related to complex desktop and end-user troubleshooting.- Install, configure, and update approved hardware, software, desk phones, softphones, corporate mobile devices, and computer-related peripherals.- Document new procedures and information and update current documentation- Assist in updating the IT desktop inventory list for all new/replacement and returned equipment.- Other duties as may be assigned.Calificaciones:- 3+ Years extensive experience implementing, administering/supporting the following technologies:- Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365- Linux OS- MacOS- Knowledge and Experience with Networking technologies and concepts LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls, DHCP/DNS- Desktop Imaging Software (Ghost, Dell Image Assist, CloneZilla, etc...)- iOS and Android Mobile Devices- Enterprise printers/scanners- Label Printers- Executive-level support- Remote desktop management tools such as Kaseya or equivalent- Audiovisual and teleconferencing unified communication tools and related equipment- Experience with Help Desk Ticketing systems such as JIRA- Experience with Label Printing, Bartender, EZ Label, Label Vision- Extensive Experience with Powershell, CLI- Involvement with company-wide deployments and/or migration efforts- Experience with Ticketing Systems and Tech Support Skills.- Fully Bilingual English/Spanish.Strong Pluses- Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network +, Mac OSX, Windows 10, Linux**We offer**:- Full-time position.- Base monthly salary: $20,000 to $25,000 monthly gross salary according to experience.- Law Benefits.- Superior Perks.- Excellent work environment.- Being part of an international corporation with opportunities of professional growth
