Willing to work on multiple cloud platforms.- Solid scripting and automation experience. DevOps/scripting/Terraform.- Able to work on On-Call rotations.- Experience handling P1/P2 calls and escalations- Able to write quality KB articles, Problem Management articles, and SOPs/Run-books- Passion for delivering timely and outstanding customer service- Great written and oral communication skills with internal and external customers**Requirements for this role include**:Points to emphasize:- AzureDevOps Pipelines for Web and Mobile Applications- 4+ years of Azure experience- 4+ years of Windows & IIS administration experience**Preferences**:- Optional (nice-to-have's)- Solid scripting and automation experience. Willing to work on multiple cloud platforms.- 2+ years of VMWare administration experience- 1+ years of Linux administration and shell scriptingRequired schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 5:00pm MST).The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements.
