Requirements: 10 years of experience in a product development support role.5-10 years of experience in Linux/Unix environments.3+ years of experience as a Manager or Team Lead.3+ years of mentoring junior team members.Some coding/scripting experience and a good understanding of source control and unit testing.Familiarity with multiple monitoring tools (APM, Synthetic, and Real User), with particular interest in Dynatrace.Communications-first mindset, ensuring transparency and clarity during production incidents.Job Responsibilities: The DevOps Manager is an AWS generalist with a strong knowledge of core AWS technologies. The Manager will have experience leading a small team of DevOps Engineers and deploying and supporting production workloads in AWS. In this role, you will drive the implementation of a modern Cloud DevOps solutions framework to support Cloud Platform SLAs, ensuring stability and security in our cloud environment.
Responsibilities: Oversee the DevOps team, assigning and prioritizing tasks.Respond to system issues, participate in high-priority incident calls, and handle emergency activities outside of standard office hours.Collaborate with Development to design new services and select the best technology for specific purposes.Utilize Git for storing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD code.Work with cloud-hosted CI tools such as GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps.Understand system capacity and plan for future growth.Lead efforts to implement a modern CI/CD pipeline, including continuous testing and troubleshooting deployment issues.Provide guidance to the team on complex issues related to application, database, and cloud infrastructure.Analyze and evaluate new technologies for changing business needs, including modern monitoring and observability tools.Create, maintain, and improve procedures and runbooks for senior and junior team members.Implement Infrastructure as Code and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and Helm.Enhance DevOps tooling through automation using modern scripting languages such as Python/Rust/Go.What We Offer: Exciting Projects: Come take your place at the forefront of digital transformation!
