It could involve approval credit risk underwriting policy, initial credit line risk underwriting policy, or existing credit line management policy.
For the responsible domains, the director is responsible for designing the overall structure and framework of underwriting, leading the team to construct the underwriting, understanding how to evaluate and analyze policies, and being able to articulate the pros and cons of each version.
Ultimately, the director will be responsible for the portfolio, including size and profitability.Role ResponsibilitiesLeading the credit risk team; Responsible forone or more domains of the credit risk underwriting policies; Responsible forthe size as well as quality of the domain portfolio; Designing the structure and framework of the underwriting policy; Evaluating the efficiency of policy by implementing test/control strategies; Understanding market standards to make informed decisions.Role QualificationsOver 8 years of experience working with credit risk underwriting policies, with at least 3 years of experience in the MX market credit card; A strong quantitative background, familiar with all quantitative analysis skills necessary for policy analysis; Managed or beenresponsible for a portfolio size of at least 150MM USD and have experience designing the overall framework and structure of that portfolio; Thorough understanding of credit risk management, knowing how each coefficient of the credit offer interacts with each other and impacts the portfolio; Experience managing a team of at least 5 members; Excellent communication skills in English.EEO StatementWe create customer value – We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
