Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team. As the Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for producing awe-inspiring results via Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn ad campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and create an advertising strategy that achieves performance goals within budget constraints.**Responsibilities**:- Produce awe-inspiring results via Google, Facebook/IG, and LinkedIn ad campaigns- Understand client objectives and create an advertising strategy that achieves performance goals within budget constraints- Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, leads, sales, and ROI- Create and share monthly, quarterly, annual, and as-needed reports for clients- Collaborate with the content team for ad creatives, with the ability to write compelling ad copy- Generate innovative ideas and identify new advertising opportunities for our clients- Support sales with budget recommendations and marketing tactics**Requirements**:- At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of success- Ability to build out a new campaign and manage, from start to finish on Google, Facebook/IG, and LinkedIn- Familiar with Google ads tools (spyfu, or similar)- Proficiency in data tracking and analytics, with experience using platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Call Tracking (GoHighLevel + Call Rail), Reporting Platforms (Agency Analytics), etc.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others- Ability to generate innovative ideas and think outside the box- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What is your desired monthly salary in USD?**Experience**:- Google Ads: 3 years (required)- Facebook/IG Ads: 2 years (required)Work Location: Remote
