.The Prod Ctrl Sr. Analyst is a position responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's books and records in coordination with the Finance team.The overall objective of this role is to control and support data integrity and general ledger reconciliation, profit attribution and new activity analysis, valuation control and product P&L and balance sheet reporting.Responsibilities:Apply in-depth industry knowledge towards the development of new techniques and improving processes or work-flow for the Finance department.Serve as a subject matter expert within Finance.Evaluate moderately complex issues utilizing data, and select the best action between potentially conflicting situations.Analyze data by filtering, prioritizing, and validating moderately complex information from multiple sources.Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:5-8 years of relevant experience.Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.Advanced English.Education:Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.Digital Transformation Responsibilities:The Digital Transformation Analyst will be part of the Global CCAO Digital Team and will help in defining the digital roadmap, driving change and enabling the implementation of digital solutions. Key responsibilities include:Working with Digital Use-Case owners to design and implement specific solutions and deploy them on a country, regional or global basis.Working with the various functions within Finance and GFTS (Global Functions Technology Services) to ensure that the digital strategy is optimal given current and emerging digital realities and opportunities.Tracking cross-functional activities and ensuring consistency in the processes and methodologies that are deployed.Acting as a key member of the team and progress IT-enabled Smart Solution-compliant initiatives.Supporting the various Controllers teams globally to improve their understanding of the impact of emerging technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations and solutions for how to adopt new standards and requirements.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's/University degree in Computer/Data Science or equivalent.Highly skilled in digital tools and capabilities (KNIME, Tableau, etc.).Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
