).Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deals simultaneously.Excellent communication skills.Able to engage with different levels of the company (from secretary to CEO).Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Natural empathy, using this to your advantage in sales cycles and interactions with colleagues, both nationally and internationally.High self-confidence, positive attitude, and a drive to help others succeed.High energy level, combined with a strong desire to learn.Able to perform under pressure while maintaining a consistent high level of work quality.Experience:5-7 years as a Field Sales Executive (ideally in sales software solutions)
