This is a revenue generating position that manages the end-to-end business relationship for assigned accounts. You will be part of a diverse high performing team that is driven by providing the best customer experience possible.Responsibilities:Engages with customers to convert opportunities into revenue, review business plans, manage account receivables, and serve as the point person for escalations.Tracks overall business performance and specific business trends, identifying opportunities and developing actionable solutions within the business structure.Manages the end-to-end process for direct customer business from quoting, managing pre-sell activities, tracking opportunities, to post-sale activities.Contributes as a member of the RPB AMS Business Team/Go-To-Market team and collaborates with the RPB AMS Operations Team.About You:First-level university degree or equivalent experience.Solid experience supporting large accounts.Excellent communication skills (e.G., written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English.Developing consulting, negotiation, and influence skills.Solid understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle.Superior research and analytical skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Demonstrated project management skills such as planning, execution, and implementation.Proven ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives.Proven ability to establish and maintain good relationships with external customers/partners.Basic financial and business acumen.Ability to identify and implement customer-specific process improvements.What We Can Offer You:Health & Wellbeing: We strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing.Personal & Professional Development: We invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
