**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Director of Sales to develop the commercial strategy for the company's growth within the B2B sector, tasked with enhancing market presence, fortifying business relationships, and overseeing a sales team to ensure the business objectives.
Key responsabilities:
- Formulate the sales business plan and implement strategies to enhance the company's market presence.
- Oversee the sales department, offering guidance and oversight to the sales team to attain sales goals and growth.
- Identify and cultivate business opportunities with retail channels and new B2B clients.
- Enhance relationships with current customers to ensure enduring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of the market and competitors to inform decision-making and sustain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing and sales, to ensure that business strategies align with the overarching objectives of the company.
- Manage budgets, report outcomes, and analyze sales KPIs to ensure that sales objectives are achieved.
- Ensure the integration of optimal business and customer service practices in the team's daily operations.
- Oversee the effective use of CRM by the team to deliver commercial insights to management.
- Develop the commercial strategy for the launch and growth of new channels.
Coordinating daily vending routes.
- Follow up of the budget and expenses for the sales department and managing it.
- Coordinate the marketing strategy and operations with the marketing company.
**Requisitos**:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Commercial Director or Commercial Manager
- 5 - 7 years of experience leading sales teams (al least 5 persons)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the retaill and self-service sectors.
- Strong knowledge of CRM use and administration.
- Excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
- Advanced English
**Availability to relocate to the USA is a must.
