We work with clients who are in difficult positions in their lives and help them gain freedom through guidance, support, and education.Role's Purpose:The Director of Operations is crucial as the steady drumbeat of the organization, ensuring all people and processes work effectively together. They champion the Founder's ideas and values, execute the business plan, and drive results for the P&L. This role integrates all major business functions and communication structures, leading, managing, and holding the team accountable while unblocking any critical issues, allowing the Founder to stay focused on the company's vision and growth. As the second-in-command in a small company focused on transformational coaching for people with anxiety, this role requires someone deeply passionate about this work and committed to supporting all aspects of the business.Role Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve company goals. Facilitate quarterly planning to translate the Founder's vision and goals into clear Rocks/OKRs and KPI targets. Leadership & Management: Lead, manage, and mentor the leadership team, holding them accountable for achieving targets and completing all OKRs. Conduct 1-on-1s with all team leaders to ensure everyone is on track with their OKRs and unblock issues as needed. Operational Excellence: Create, update, and analyze the P&L to make data-driven business decisions that drive results. Optimize systems and processes for operational efficiency and team effectiveness. Ensure all critical processes are mapped, documented, and optimized for operational excellence. Communication & Coordination: Maintain clear communication/meeting cadence for all teams with effective agendas. Lead Level 10 Meetings and keep the team on track with executing quarterly OKRs. Communicate important updates across the organization ensuring everyone is informed. Recruitment & Onboarding: Establish and execute a new recruitment process to recruit, onboard, and train new hires. Oversee the onboarding process for new team members, improving their experience. Support & Mentorship: Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, ensuring effective leadership and accountability. Conduct same-page meetings with the Founder to stay aligned and resolve any issues
