You will collaborate with the Human Resources department and develop effective strategies to meet the staffing needs of our call center operations.**Responsibilities**:- Lead the Talent Acquisition team to meet/exceed weekly hiring goals.- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process.- Establish best practices, lead forecasting and reporting based on inputs from functional department heads, and develop processes and procedures.- Collaborate with account managers and call center managers to understand their hiring needs and objectives and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and necessary documentation.- Provide training, coaching and feedback to all members of the recruiting team.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market conditions to proactively address talent acquisition challenges.- Up to 15% travel**Skills & Abilities**:- Fun - Friendly & Energetic.
