About the RoleMicron is seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal CAD Memory Engineer to join our Engineering Automation (EA) organization in Guadalajara.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport CAD tools, flows and collateral for DRAM design teams at the Guadalajara Design Center.Collaborate with DRAM design, layout, and verification methodology teams to propose and co-develop capabilities.Develop and deploy best in class practices and methodologies consistently to DRAM designs worldwide.RequirementsBachelor or preferably Master's/PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.(10-15) + years of direct CAD or Design experience in mixed-signal, custom IC design flows.Experience working in highly technical IC Design or CAD teams distributed worldwide.Familiarity with memory design preferred (DDR3/4/5, LP3/4/5, HBM, NAND).What We OfferMicron provides a competitive compensation package, a comprehensive benefits program, and opportunities for professional growth and development.Equal Employment OpportunityMicron is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
