Dispatch/ Phone Salesman/ Customer Support

*Job Summary**Duties*- Assist customers with shipping and receiving processes, including tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may arise.- Perform data entry tasks related to customer orders, freight management, and logistics documentation.- Utilize GIS tools to analyze transportation routes and optimize delivery schedules.- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate fleet management activities and ensure efficient operations.- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.- Provide support in transportation planning by analyzing data related to freight movement and logistics efficiency.*Qualifications*- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.- Strong understanding of logistics concepts, including shipping, receiving, fleet management, and transportation planning.- Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.- Familiarity with GIS tools is a plus but not required.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.- Ability to analyze information quickly and provide solutions to customer inquiries or issues.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.- Pay will be hourly of 70-90 pesos an hour plus a commision after 7,500 dollars woth of sales.Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where your contributions will help enhance our customer experience while supporting our logistics operations!Pay: $70.00 - $120.00 per hourExpected hours: 20.00 - 45 per weekWork Location: Remote
