Dispatcher

Responsibilities:- Calling potential clients- Dispatch and coordinate the movement of freight and transportation equipment- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to plan and optimize routes- Monitor shipments and track delivery status- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints- Perform data entry tasks to update shipment information in the system**Experience**:- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred- Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS)- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and internal teams- Knowledge of transportation planning and logistics operations- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes in a 3PL environment is a plusWe offer competitive commission based pay, Flexible schedule, and opportunities for career growth.
