In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.As a Distribution Coordinator, the objective of your position is to ensure smooth coordination, cooperation, and execution between receiving, shipping, traffic, import/export, maintenance, and any administrative activities to guarantee that customer requirements are met.
Additionally, you will oversee Traffic functions, manage product and materials delivery, ensure timely shipments, and review warehouse costs and budgets.About the Job:Provide leadership and guidance as the operations interface with functional areas in Distribution (Quality, Materials Management/Security, Lean, Transportation, Trade Compliance, EHS) to maximize efficiencies and ensure a smooth and timely flow of goods.
Influence other functional areas that do not report directly to this position.Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
Manage the day-to-day efficient execution of goals, including training, motivating staff, ensuring adherence to safety rules, and handling disciplinary procedures.Provide leadership to the Traffic functions, overseeing daily operations and ensuring all documentation and functions are completed accurately and on time.Ensure proper management of different products and coordinate materials delivery according to customer and business unit requirements to prevent delays and damages.Ensure that available resources are properly managed and verify that each shipment is on time for different regions.
Monitor and assess customer requirements to prevent defective products.Review, monitor, and approve warehouse costs and expenses, and assist in budget preparation.About You:University degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field).2+ years of experience in Distribution, Logistics, Traffic, and Trade Compliance.Experience in Distribution and Logistics.Proficiency in SAP.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
