**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
As an E-Commerce Analyst, one will ensure customer satisfaction with the PepsiConnect platform. The E-Commerce Analyst will provide visibility, follow up with stakeholders and present valuable insights of PepsiCo´s B2B platform. One will also create innovative copies to every post and image deployed in the B2B platform for the DTS markets. Implement customer engagement strategy and customer satisfaccion agenda within digital services for B2B across Sector.

**Your Impact**:
As E-commerce Analyst your functions would consist of:

- Follow the reward program execution consistency in the E2E, from Pepsi Connect upload, point of sales material arrival, customer rewads and problem solving
- Drive customers satisfaction agenda ensure timely and right visibility to customers, manage doubts and complains.
- Tracks trade and customer rewards materias E2E process from Purchase order to placement to supplier payment
- Guarantee PepsiConnect app ultimate updates connected to trade and rewards strategies
- Manage rewards program KPIS tracking and redemption
- Manage and communication of Rewards program rules changes

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Education**
- Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or equivalent Bachelors' degree

**Experience**
- 6 months - 1 year of relevant professional experience on eCommerce, Sales development, Trade Marketing, Sales strategy or Communication Agencies.
- Fluent English oral and written communication skills
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Assertive Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Makes things happen
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
