They assist Amazon sellers in achieving their business objectives by boosting their online reputation and increasing traffic to their Amazon storefronts.About The Position:Our client is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Data Analyst to join its growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our client's long-term growth strategy by leveraging data from various sources, including TikTok and Shopify, to identify trends, optimize operations, and drive revenue.Key Responsibilities:Partner with marketing and sales specialists to develop and implement a data-driven growth plan.Assist in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards marketing and growth goals.Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources, such as TikTok reports, Shopify dashboards, and internal databases.Identify top-selling items, customer trends, and market opportunities through data analysis.Generate insightful reports and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively to stakeholders.Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data collection and analysis processes.Recommend data-driven strategies to optimize logistics operations and improve efficiency.Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis tools and techniques.Requirements:Full fluency in English (C1-C2).Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).1+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a logistics or e-commerce setting (a plus, but not mandatory).Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Self-starter with a proactive approach and a strong desire to learn.Experience working in a startup environment (a plus).Benefits:Competitive salary, paid in USD
