Job Details include:Help to establish contact between the executives and company employees/clients and manage information flowSupervise the performance of clerical and administrative staffHelp executives arrange their daily schedule, setting up meetings, travel, and speaking engagements, and ensuring they follow their agendaReceive and direct phone calls and distribute correspondenceManage office filing systemPerform office management operations by keeping up with office supply inventoryExecutive Assistant requirements are:Strong organizational and time management skillsStrong verbal and written communications skillsConfidentiality and discretionOutstanding MS Office knowledge and English proficiencyA High School degree; PA diploma or certification will be a bonushave interests that include: Ecommerce / Analytics, Marketing / Sales, Process management, and organizationbe available from 9 AM - 3 PM PST Monday to Thursday, with some work on Fridays (can finish earlier)Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
