The claims managers heading each line of business work partner with Underwriters and other key stakeholders to support a wide array of products and offerings, through a complex and highly demanding distribution force and network. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Project Trainee to join the Claims team reporting to the Head of Claims and in coordination to the various managers front office and support functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in managing and executing projects across various business functions and/or processes. The Project trainee will assist in planning, coordinating and implementing projects under the guidance of experienced line or functional managers within and outside the claims team.

What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) is a plus.
Eager to learn and develop new skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
