As our online business continues to expand, ensuring the smooth onboarding of payment methods and managing associated tasks is critical to our long-term performance and success. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management, vendor relations, ecommerce integrations, and a strong understanding of online payment technologies, processes and requirements. Additionally, this individual will work collaboratively to drive key initiatives, ensuring that business goals are met efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead and coordinate the integration of new payment methods, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, track milestones, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.Payment Onboarding: Work with vendors to determine integration requirements for new payment methods and oversee payment method expansion. Ensure that technical teams and external partners are aligned to deliver seamless onboarding.Vendor Management: Collaborate with payment providers, third-party platforms, and internal teams to manage relationships and ensure successful execution of payment integrations and ongoing operations.Risk Assessment: Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate payment processing systems and ecommerce platforms, identifying potential vulnerabilities in business processes. Propose solutions and collaborate on implementing preventative measures.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams including IT, finance, customer support, and legal to ensure alignment on payment solutions and operational strategies, facilitating open communication across departments.Compliance & Best Practices: Stay current with industry regulations and standards related to ecommerce payment security and processing. Ensure that all systems and processes comply with applicable laws and best practices
