It's our philosophy, along with our uncompromising commitment to customer satisfaction, that has made ATS a success and a great place to work.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Analyses and controls daom the various safety reporting systemsProduces monthly ABM Dashboardby compiling daom the various systems (IndustrySafe, Cornerstone, SharePoint)Creates Corrective Action Plan (CAP) report based on Site Safety Assessment results Works with Safety Specialist(s) to track adherence to site specific safety training plansTracks Safety Certifications/LicensingAdministers / processes President's AwardsAdministers Audiometric Program (Hearing Tests)Documents contrr safety programs and related trainingMaintains hierarchy and assists with inquiries related to safety specific software programs Assists Safety Specialist(s) with Site Start-ups (safety equipment orders, training plan creation)Ensures OSHA Records (OSHA 300, 301) are maintained and accurateActively participates on the EHS team and related improvement initiativesQualifications:Advanced education and one year of related Importante empresa preferruent in both English and SpanishAdvanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint) skillsExcellent organizational skillsMust be a team player and self-motivatedKnowledge of safety programs and related data
