We launched in 2010 in Asheville, North Carolina, having only two trucks and now our fleet includes a wide range of vehicles and supplemented by a combination of technologies, experience, and exceptional service, they help companies move products across North America.Currently we're looking for a passionate **Operations Dispatcher** who would be responsible for developing and maintaining carrier relationships, offering custom, sometimes out-of-the-box transportation solutions that exceed our customers' needs, while delivering outstanding service.**We offer you**:- Shift**:10:00 PM - 7:00 AM 4x4 (Meaning you work 4 days and you rest the following 4 days)**:- Base salary (in USD)- Overtime pay- Opportunity for growth within the company- Free English classes and corporate training- Pleasant work environment and friendly international staff- Option for an indeterminate term contract**What will you do?**- Drivers' monitoring and control from loading to unloading (by telephone);- Drafting of contracts and agreements;- Coordination of drivers on the flight;- Communication with customers;- Problem solving of different levels of complexity.**Who are you?**- Bachelor's degree in International Relations/Business or related field- at least 1 year of experience in ground transportation services- Previous experience in a night shift role is preferred.- Customer service experience- Effective communication with customers/team- TMS experience (preferred)- Crisis management skills- Detail-oriented; Self motivated; Analytical; multitasking- Communication and negotiation skills- Excellent knowledge of systems: MS Office, Excel and web browsing- English level**:Advanced **_**(required)**_If you're interested **send us your** **resume (in english)**, please.**Salary**: $15,000.00 - $23,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Salary is not negotiable, do you agree?**Language**:- english (required)Work Location: In person
