**ELECTRONIC ENGINEER**

As an Electronic Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring the successful development, implementation, and improvement of electronic products and processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality PCBAs that meet industry standards, customer requirements, and manufacturing efficiency goals. **Responsibilities**:
l Collaborate with the design team to review and optimize electronic designs for manufacturability, ensuring compliance with specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
l Develop and implement manufacturing processes, test procedures, and quality control measures for electronic products, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
l Conduct thorough testing, analysis, and troubleshooting of electronic systems and components to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high product performance and reliability.
l Collaborate closely with suppliers and vendors to source, evaluate, and qualify electronic components, materials, and equipment, ensuring their suitability for manufacturing processes.
l Provide technical guidance and support to the production team, ensuring proper implementation of manufacturing procedures and troubleshooting of production issues.
l Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging standards to propose and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and innovative solutions.
l Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product development, from concept to production, ensuring seamless integration of electronic components and systems.
l Generate and maintain accurate documentation, including design specifications, test reports, manufacturing instructions, and quality control records.
l Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
**Qualifications**:
l Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
l Minimum of 5 years of experience in the PCBA industry, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
l Solid knowledge of electronic circuit design, PCB layout, and manufacturing processes, including SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and through-hole assembly.
l Proficiency in electronic design software (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro) and familiarity with PCB fabrication processes.
l Experience with electronic testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators.
l Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve electronic system issues effectively.
l Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
l Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures.
l Proficiency in Spanish and English languages is required. Some level of Mandarin would be a plus.
