Ensure timely qualification of all Electrical & Electronics parts of Active (IGBT, Diodes, MOSFET), Passive (Resistors, Capacitors, Magnetics, Battery), Electromagnetics, and Electromechanical components and respect TTM. Participate in Board of Change for qualification plan discussion for QVE and CoS proposals and provide technical hands to LoB and explain the strength and capacity of the qualification team. Have strong collaboration with design engineering, Line of Business (LoB), and Purchasing to challenge and promote Alternate Sourcing, Quality Value Engineering, and localization. Become a Gateway to Technology Standardization Management (TSM) to swiftly qualify the parts in PDM. Efficiently & effectively utilize & manage the qualification Lab Assets and resources. Actively participate in corporate Network Meetings & encourage involvement in the Electrifier Program and continue to develop the electronics competencies in the region. Work closely with PDM & CTO Team to understand Alternate Solutions being done to support PDM roadmap. Support Factory for Obsolescence, End of Life, and supply chain crisis parts on an emergency basis. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with a Major in Electronics, Electromechanical. 10+ years of experience in Electronics. 3 years in a management position. Strong communication skills & creative thinking. Project Management Experience - QVE. Networking and ability to connect with Directors and VPs. Process and technology-oriented, background in Information Systems. Travel availability, 30% of the time (across NAM) - Visa & Passport required. Advanced English (Spanish native or fluent).
