Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-MAIN TASK AND RESPONSABILITIESEnsure direct report team is available 24/7 to lead an emergency response.Design and manage the emergency preparedness training program to effectively respond to major emergencies in accordance with state and federal regulationsDelivers technical training for emergency response, rescue operations, highly hazardous activitiesDevelop and manage inspection/tests programs for facilities/equipment in order to determine their operational and functional capabilities in emergency situations in accordance with state and federal regulations.Design and manage the fitness for duty program for volunteer brigade members, ensuring adequate staffing and recruitment.Keep informed of federal, state and local regulations affecting emergency plans, and ensure that plans adhere to these regulationsCoordinate with local, civic authorities on emergency/disaster response operations, including PIQ CLAMCoordinate emergency drill calendar, and follow up on Post Mortem meetings and action items.Follow BRP values and behaviorsEnsure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.Enforce Quality and EHS BRP policies**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**:Bachelor Degree on Industrial Engineer or BD Nurse.3 years of experence in similar position at Manufacturing or chemical PlantUse of emergency equipment (DC3/DC5)Rescue operationsExcellent decision-making and communication skillsKnowledge in emergency control for hazardous materialsMS office / Google office suitF.A (TUM optional)LI-CD2
