Employee Expenses Analyst

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supports Employee reimbursement activities.
- Follow up delinquent reports
- Ensure policy compliance on employee reporting
- Train policy to new joiners

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong communication skills; work with co-workers in multiple functions and locations
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understanding of purchasing and supply chain management.
- Ability to comply with existing/quickly adapt to new processes within the organization.
- Able to get buy-in and commitment from stakeholders.
- University Degree required.
- Conversational English (writing and speaking)
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Preferred 2+ years' experience in a T&E role, AP role, equivalent higher education, or SAP knowledge
- Experience with SAP and Concur is a significant plus.
- Detail and task oriented.
