If you're passionate about both technology and making a positive impact, this might be a great fit for you!ResponsibilitiesLeads portions of the planning and execution of multiple technical projects or programs.Develops delivery roadmaps based on product, services, technical requirements, and business needs.Partners with cross-functional teams to help prioritize, plan, track, and execute cross-organizational programs.Performs program analysis, manages risk, identifies, and influences necessary course corrections.Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality.Provides technical leadership and guidance to ensure that solutions meet quality and performance standards.Communicates project status, progress, and challenges through regular reporting and presentations to leadership.Encourages innovation within project teams and facilitates the exploration of new technologies and solutions.Ensures that all stakeholders are aligned towards a common goal by meeting and receiving feedback on an ongoing basis.Communicates difficult technology concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.Provides guidance, direction, and instruction in project/program management to less-experienced team members and colleagues.Education & Experience RecommendedFour-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.Typically has 7-10 years of work experience in project/program management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or related field
