**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Providing advice and support to our Employees and People Managers on all basic Employee Relations process
- Identifying and escalating to the Tier 2 Specialists, those cases that are sensitive or complex or could carry with them extra risk or exposure to the business
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of training and development to People Managers to coach and upskill them, enabling them to appropriately manage and develop their people and build high performing teams that deliver
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, raising issues for follow up with the HR Advisor and People Managers where appropriate
- Completing regular and ad-hoc report requests
- Ensuring a positive experience for all Employees and People Manager
- Ensuring all Tier 0 (self-service) information and guidance is up to date, relevant and accessible to all Employees and People Managers, by making legislative and statutory updates to existing Knowledge base articles as and when requested
- Ensuring high quality collaboration with all other Administrators, including cross functionally, to ensure best practice, aligned and consistent services are delivered
- Providing administrative support and assistance to Employee Relations Specialists, our COE partners and HR Business Partners
- Manage all requests raised to the section through ServiceNow ensuring SLA's are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and all of the basic functionality it provides.
- Able to manage all incoming queries and requests on matters of Employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievance, long term absence and industrial relations and be able to case manage low risk instances of the same.
- Efficient reporting and analytical skills to work proactively to run reports to provide HR insights to the business.
- Efficient use of MS office and other key business tools;
- PowerPoint - Word - Outlook - Excel - Sharepoint - PowerBI to analyse and report on KPIs and performance
- Knowledge of relevant employment law and local regulations.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy laws, employee relations case law, disciplinary, grievance and long-term absence best practices etc.
- Comfortable ensuring all stakeholders are fully trained on correct employee relations process requirements to ensure a 'right first time' way of working.
Language and communication - High level of English language proficiency & France language (desirable)
Experience - 1-2 year experience, HR Qualification
