Encargado De Concesión De Fotografía

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of our photography concession, ensuring high-quality photo and video services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Organize and manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of photographers and sales staff.
- Handle administrative tasks, including budgeting, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in photography and videography.
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in photography and videography.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must reside in Cancun.
Pay: $19,200.00 - $25,600.00 per month
