Position Overview:
As the EOS Integrator, you will work closely with our leadership team to execute the company vision, manage day-to-day operations, and drive business growth. You will ensure that all key business functions are aligned with our strategic goals while maintaining accountability throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define and implement the company's vision and strategy.
- Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring all departments and team members are aligned with company goals.
- Drive operational efficiency by implementing and maintaining EOS processes.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between teams and leadership.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting issues that impact business performance.
- Ensure KPIs and key business metrics are being met across departments.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an EOS Integrator or similar leadership role. It´s a MUST.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
- Willing to work in-office in Guadalajara, either full-time or part-time.
