.Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:We are looking for a Head of Strategy & Business Development who will report to the Head of CU Latam North & Caribbean. This role is responsible for leading the strategy definition and implementation within all domains within the CU including Mission Critical, business development for all KAMs, and specific country strategy execution, ensuring sustainable, profitable business growth, positioning of our portfolio as well as leading external activities within the countries selected as priority for our customer unit.Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile, tech, and creative-focused environment, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Customer Unit and Leadership Team as well as key contributor to the CU MELA and Group Strategy.What will you do:Secure strategic alignment across CU, Domains and MELA in collaboration with other units.Demonstrate strategic thought leadership and foresight by analyzing market development and being proactive on change and strategic investments.Secure a clear and well-communicated strategic direction and strategy execution.Support Mission Critical organization with strategic analysis and business development execution.Initiate and steer strategic domain level studies and projects (e.G. KSQs).Drive business intelligence and development tactics (incl. both Competitor & Customer).Own partnership strategy, in collaboration with CU Head, Domains, Sourcing and KAMs.Orchestrate strategic priorities definition in cooperation with MELA and CU Domains Business Operations (e.G., OKRs, reporting, corrective measures).Deliver customer value and drive thought leadership and implement our CU/MA strategy.Actively engage in, and contribute to, the techno-commercial and delivery model strategy in the units.Collaborate with external key stakeholders such as customers, partners, and with special attention to further building the Ericsson brand and footprint in CU, MELA and Group.Uphold high standards of Ethics, Compliance, and Integrity within the organization by consistently integrating ethical considerations into every action, guided by the principles of Purpose, Principle, and Perception (the 3 P's).Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
