**Job Description**:
This role is responsible for leading an engineering team that provides custom medium voltage motor control centers (MVMCC) based on customer specifications.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review orders with engineers to map out order processing strategy and risk identification and mitigation plans.
- Final engineering output is also reviewed to insure customer requirements were met and a quality process was followed.
- To insure team is able to do its best work, this manager will engage on order problems and help provide solutions removing obstacles to success at any point in the process. T
- Responsible of visibility within the business unit with expectations to be engaged on various internal projects to improve customer experience and business performance.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient English level.
- Demonstrated Organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong technical background with expertise in problem solving techniques.
- Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical competencies in others
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and meeting challenging customer and business expectations
