I'm in need of a social media manager / content creator/ videographer/ executive personal assistant.
I'm 37, athletic, farm-raised, good looking, well mannered, well spoken, hard working and tons of fun!
I sell multi-million dollar houses on the beaches of Destin (30A) Florida and I need help in my personal life as well as my business.
I'm currently in school to become a Real Estate Appraiser and then on to law school.
What I need from you:
1) You have a passion for social media content creation and social media brand management.
2) You have experience in videography/video editing or are willing to learn it.
3) You take pride in the appearance and presentation of yourself and your work.
4) You keep your word and a tight schedule.
5) You desire to come to the beautiful beaches of Florida, USA to work and build an awesome & lucrative life full of opportunity.
Your duties will consist of:
1) Being true to your word & always doing your absolute best... and then some!
2) Collaborate, Create and Manage Social Media Channels
3) Learn, Enhance skill as Videographer/Photographer
4) Chores: Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry, etc. (I do this too or hire out help)
5) Walk on me! - I'm a big athlete that needs TLC, I'm also a licensed massage therapist. I will teach you.
This will be huge marketing for the business and will free me up to sell more houses, which equals more large commissions.
I always lookout for the team. Probably even overcompensate most of the time. My team must be motivated and well taken care of.

I have a very clean home so I am already in the groove of cleaning, but it's just not the best use of my time.
More than likely we will have to get married for your citizenship but we are a partnership first before any type of romance should be considered. A prenuptial agreement will need to be signed but as long as you work hard and we are getting along, you'll be loving life :)
Know that you'll be compensated extremely well over time, but everything is commission based here.
The commission on Selling one home will equate to what many people make in 1-10 years.
By producing more high quality video content than any other Realtor in the area, we will be seen by more people, creating local authority, which sets us apart from the rest.
We will be the most aggressive Real Estate Marketers in the Florida Panhandle by how much great content we will be putting out.
*All the equipment needed we have, if not we will get it. We already have a FULL TIME video editor in place, based out of Colombia.
