As part of the team, you will enable the transformation of how Nestlé IT leverages partners effectively to achieve the optimal mix of flexibility, value, and innovation.This position plays an active role in coaching and supporting Product Managers, IT leaders, and IT Vendor Management Specialists through our transformation to deliver and integrate with a select group of strategic partners.Job ResponsibilitiesPromote the IT North America Vendor Management strategy and sourcing models within Nestle USA ITBuild and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NA IT Leadership, IT resource management, product management, procurement, Global Procurement, IT Finance, OCIO transversal teams, strategic partners, and vendorsLeverage global contracts, improvements, and the selection of appropriate service delivery modelsDetermine the IT criteria for partner selection, supports the procurement selection process, and the scope-related part of the negotiation for large and complex contractsLead monthly and quarterly operational reviews with strategic partnersRaise sourcing request and participate in RFPs, vendor selection, CAC Reviews etc.Support Product Managers/FRMs in collection of requirements and service integration mapping through sharing of best practices and reusable Statement of Work elements and in identifying existing reusable contracts or servicesTrack, and report vendor spend and financial targets and GR invoices and approve deliverables Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree Fluent English conversational skills.7+ years of experience managing vendors, vendor performance, and vendor SLAs with 3 of those years managing internal and external stakeholders in collaboration with executives.5+ years of IT experience and understanding of technology acumen.Experience in effective communication at different levels in the organizationAbility to travel to Arlington, VA or St. Louis, MO USA required (10-25% during a year)#J-18808-Ljbffr
