Facilities ManagerDevelop facility support services programsSet strategies to incorporate company-wide custodial and security programsManage the department Preventative Maintenance (PMs) Program schedule and task specificationscoordinate facility activities required for new or existing projects; Continuously monitor facility maintenance work, recommending improvements or modifications as neededPlan/coordinate facility enhancements, new equipment arrivals/removals, personnel moves and area modificationsDevelop emergency operating and contingency procedures for Medical, Weather, Electrical, Fire and Chemical spill responseEnsure and/or set compliance strategies for facility and safety regulations (OSHA, Life Safety, NFPA, BOCA, ASHRAE, ADA, etc.)May manage planning/coordination of activities involving the security officersManage logistics and operational requirements to provide physical protection of equipment, materials and employeesDevelop and implement security protocol and proceduresManage day-to-day operations of the custodial maintenance program to ensure cleanliness of entrances, corridors, restrooms, stairs, landings, office and manufacturing areasAll employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure BEI meets or exceeds Customer Satisfaction.Conocimientos4 Year technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and Importante empresa as approved by executive management; 5+ years of maintenancemanagement Importante empresa; 3+ years in a leadership roleUnderstanding of the total business operation to include material procurement, order entry, forecasting, manufacturing, invoicing, customer returns, inventory levels and on-time deliveryEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to effectively mentor employees at all levelsUnderstanding of and ability to use continuous improvement toolsAbility to drive solutions to complex planning issues with limited supervisionAbility to support a 24/7 global business operation as requiredEffective analytical, planning and organizational skillsEffective interpersonal skills with employees and customersEffective negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to demonstrate discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment and professionalism when representing BenchmarkDemonstrated leadership and people management skillsfgdfesdfdEspecificacionesSueSueldo CompetitivoBuBuen Paquete de prestacionesSeSueldo - negociable de acuerdo a experiênciaf
