Responsibilities Supervise the financial and physical assets based on the operational requirements.
Supervise activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security and maintenance.
Up-to-date & develop annual maintenance/inspection programs.
Participate on Emergency Response Team (ERT) or other cross-functional Environmental Health and Safety project teams at the facility.
Supervise the facility management vendors.
Ensure the proper functioning of systems such as fire alarm, emergency lamps, fire extinguishers, hydrants, emergency exits, smoke detectors, security cameras, among others.
Monitor and operate CCTV, access controls and key cabinets of the site.
Provide support and insight, according to established procedures and Risk Management Policies and the Corporate Safety Plan.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration or similar.
+5 years of facilities or building management.
MS Office advanced, work orders systems.
Experienced in Facility Management affairs.
Ability to detect and analyze the origin of the risks.
Experience developing and implementing maintenance plans and KPI's traceability.
Unrelenting sense of urgency to act/respond and customer focus.
Advanced English (C1).
