Could you be our next Supply Chain Project Manager on our CDMX plant?MissionDrive supply chain optimization, lead strategic projects, and foster continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation within the supply chain operations, ultimately contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.A typical day for you might include:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement supply chain enhancements.Manage and coordinate projects to optimize procurement, storage, and distribution processes.Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategies to enhance the supply chain.Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company objectives.Analyze key data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and make informed decisions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a similar field.Experience in facilities reorganization and leading projects related to the reorganization of all facilities.5+ years of relevant experience in developing and leading manufacturing projects, expansions, transfers, and new products.Certified Project Manager.High proficiency in English.Experience in projects involving the transformation of metal, plastic, and assemblies.Strong leadership skills.SAP knowledge.What's in it for you?
