Each day, you will manage or coordinate operating expenses, including repair and maintenance services, cleaning services, security services, utility expenses, energy costs, and common areas maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by supervising and managing the building soft and hard service operations.The work model for the role is: #L-on site.This role is contributing to the community of ABB in Mexico and stakeholders.You will be mainly accountable for:Leading the planning and implementation of maintenance, testing, and inspection schedules to ensure the facility team operates in a safe and efficient manner, prolonging equipment lifespan, mitigating the risk of failures, and fulfilling statutory obligations.Ensuring all fire safety equipment and systems undergo proper maintenance, inspection, and testing and overseeing accurate record-keeping of these activities.Maintaining records of compliance certificates.Assessing buildings and recommending actions for improvement in line with ABB's Green Real Estate approach.Qualifications for the roleBachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, mechanical administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in building management and administration of directly related experience.Knowledge of OSHA Guidelines.Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, SAP, Microsoft Office, and Project.Background/experience with building permits and inspection with local authorities.People and contractor management.Advanced English level.#J-18808-Ljbffr
