GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The family center coordinator is responsible for creating and deploying family center strategies and services to employees and their families, which achieve the ideal experience for our collaborators, seeking to achieve engagement and generating value from the BRP experience, supervising the time all activities related to services and events offered to staff and their families.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in related area (human resources, administration, industrial engineering, psychology, etc.)
- 5 years of experience related to the position.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Bilingual English/Spanish (desirable)
- Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Use of Google and SAP tools (desirable)
- Budget management
- Event organization
- Leadership
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and/or actively participate in strategies that impact employee engagement and voice
- Coordinate and ensure coverage of family center services in the shifts and floors under your responsibility.
- Budget administration under your charge
- Manage, supervise and optimize the capacity of the services offered to employees and family members, inside and outside BRP, as well as seek innovation in them.
- Organization and execution of recognition and engagement events
- Standardization of services and processes at the regional level
- Ensure employee experience and promote our values in all services and events
- Support internal initiatives and plant strategies, CSR, HR, etc.
- KPIs under your responsibility
- Supervision and development of the team in charge
- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.
- Comply with the safety rules determined according to your function.
- Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
