Finance Analyst

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Your expertise in financial thoughtfulness and strategic thinking will contribute to the overall success of our finance department. You will report directly to our Finance Manager and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial performance of the company by providing accurate and timely financial thoughtfulness, identifying areas for improvement, and driving efficiency in financial processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze financial data and provide insights to facilitate decision-making.Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets.Identify areas of cost savings and process improvements.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsible for month end GL analysis, adjusting journal entries, accruals and reconciliations, billing process for several vendors.YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in financial thoughtfulness or related rolesExperience with SAP or other financial systemsAdvanced Excel skillsStrong thoughtfulness and problem-solving skillsProficiency in financial modeling and data thoughtfulness toolsExcellent communication and presentation skillsIntermediate English level
