Job responsibilities
- Manage and perform tasks associated with Customer Credit Analysis and Accounts Receivable.
- Call Clients to collect and negotiate open invoices.
- Prepare and submit account statements.
- Escalate collection issues to management for review and guidance.
- Release of sales orders in accordance with Local Policy.
- Manage the accounts receivable portfolio by following up with customers on past due balances and obtaining payment commitments.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and also collaborate with quarterly, semi-annual and annual audit processes.
- General accounting knowledge to support cue transactions.
Who are we looking for?
- Public Accounting degree or related
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the area.
- Credit Analysis
- Advanced Excel and SAP FI,
- General Ledger
- Customer Collection
- Accounting Account Integration
- Invoicing and related Tax Law.
- Analytical Thinking, Mathematical Accounting Reasoning, Dedicated, Numerical Ability, Organization, Sense of Urgency and Managing Priorities
- Manufacturing experience is required.
- Experience in Government Customer (CFE) is desirable.
