We are looking for a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in El Salto, Jalisco. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis, supporting various business functions and enhancing our financial operations.
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in interpreting financial data, preparing insightful reports, and supporting the strategic financial initiatives of our organization. Your analytical expertise and strong communication skills will be essential in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive business decisions.
**Our Team**
You will be part of the Finance Area, working closely with a diverse team including Finance Business Partners, Finance Managers, Operations Managers, Engineers, Technicians, and Program Managers. Our team is committed to delivering accurate financial insights and fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and continuous improvement.
**What You Will Do
- Analyze monthly financial results and communicate insights to business and operations teams.
- Develop and manage the annual forecast budget, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide weekly outlooks and monthly forecasts to track financial performance and predict month-end results.
- Prepare and request journal entries through the shared service system.
- Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with Engineers to share knowledge of costing, expenses, and financial processes.
- Deliver presentations to management on financial matters, including AOP, forecasts, budgets, actuals, and outlooks.
- Fulfill responsibilities detailed in any control plan associated with the position.
- Engage in various tasks as assigned by management to support financial operations.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a financial analyst or in related areas.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP (accounting/finance reports).
- 1 year of accounting experience.
- Proficient in English (B2 level).
